Addison Lee Go Live with Magenta’s Revolutionary New Car Booking System “Shamrock”
London, May 2007 – Addison Lee, the market leading passenger car service in London, is now running live on Magenta’s Shamrock taxi booking system. Addison Lee built their success on providing “second to none” customer service and the new Shamrock system still further improves this service, increasing their lead over any competition. Over 180 booking agents now use the new system, which improves their speed and accuracy of bookings and allows them to capture and share important customer information, ensuring a more personalised, higher quality service to their customers.
The Shamrock platform is extremely flexible, allowing Addison Lee to adapt quickly to new customer requirements and providing an ideal platform for their fast growing business.
